GridFlow Planner is designed to keep your data on your device:
- Data stored on your device: Your posts, captions, hashtags, planned dates, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not upload this content to our servers.
- Photos: Photos you add are used only within the app for planning and preview. They are not sent to us unless you explicitly share or export content (e.g., via the share sheet), which is under your control.
In-App Purchases
If you make in-app purchases (e.g., support/tipping), payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. We may receive anonymized purchase information from Apple (e.g., that a purchase occurred) for support and analytics purposes.
Analytics & Crash Data
We may use Apple's built-in tools (e.g., App Analytics, crash reports) in a way that does not identify you personally. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
GridFlow Planner uses Apple frameworks (e.g., Photo Library access) only for features you use, such as selecting photos for your grid. We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking SDKs that collect personal data for advertising.
Your Rights

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
