Use of the App
GridFlow Planner is a content-planning tool for personal or professional use. You may use it to plan posts, captions, hashtags, and grid layouts. You are responsible for your use of the app and for ensuring that your content and use comply with applicable laws and platform rules (e.g., Instagram, other social networks).
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or add (photos, text, hashtags). We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the app, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the app (e.g., displaying and storing data on your device). We do not use your content for marketing or other purposes without your consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GridFlow Planner to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Upload or plan content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the app or its security
- Use the app in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties
In-App Purchases & Refunds
Some features may be offered as in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process (e.g., report a problem in your purchase history). We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of GridFlow Planner. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
Changes to Terms or the App
We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app. We recommend checking this page periodically.
